TJ Wies Contracting, Inc. Corporate Headquarters is located in Lake St. Louis, Missouri. The building was constructed in 2003 to meet the increasing need for additional office and warehouse space due to rapid growth. TJ Wies Contracting’s Corporate Headquarters is comprised of 10,000 square feet of office space housing approximately thirty office personnel, as well as 8,000 square feet of warehouse space on three acres. In 2020, due to the need for additional office and warehouse space, TJ Wies Contracting expanded to an adjacent property at 302 TCW Court. Geographically, the TJ Wies Contracting Corporate Headquarters serves the Greater St. Louis region, and performs specialty projects located in areas that extend beyond our normal operating range.

After holding a presence in the Mid-Missouri area for many years, TJ Wies Contracting established a permanent branch office in Jefferson City, Missouri in 2014. The TJ Wies Contracting Mid-Missouri Office is home to six office employees and contains 4,000 square feet of warehouse space. The Mid-Missouri Office serves all of Mid-Missouri, including the cities of Jefferson City, Rolla, Columbia, Kirksville, Lake of the Ozarks, and Fort Leonard Wood.

TJ Wies Contracting opted to establish a local office and warehouse space in Oak Ridge, Tennessee after procuring multiple regional contracts in 2019. Housing four full-time employees, TJ Wies Contracting’s Tennessee Office serves the city of Oak Ridge and surrounding areas.

TJ Wies Contracting established TJ Wies Prefab in 2019 in conjunction with becoming a Sto Panel Technology affiliate. TJ Wies Prefab’s Innovation Center, located on 5 acres in St. Peters, Missouri, was fully renovated and completed in 2020. This new facility allows TJ Wies to prefabricate interior and exterior building components and prefinished exterior wall panels in a quality-controlled environment, then transport to the jobsite for installation. This process guarantees cost certainty, accelerates the project schedule, helps to mitigate schedule conflicts, and alleviates congested jobsite constraints. TJ Wies Prefab’s facility in St. Peters includes office space, a showroom, and a 23,000 square foot fabrication area. TJ Wies Prefab serves all geographic areas that TJ Wies Contracting, Inc. operates in throughout the Midwest.
