Atta Boy Hunter!

TJ Wies Foreman Derald Tate recognized Hunter Giovannini for displaying the TJW Core Value of Safety on the UMC Sinclair School of Nursing project. Derald said, "Hunter was hanging in a stairwell where they had to build up scaffolding. He showed initiative and took it upon himself to put safety wires back to the wall to make it more secure. It's great to see young apprentices thinking about how to make their job and everyone around them safer.
