TJ Wies Named a Top Workplace in St. Louis

We are excited to announce TJ Wies Contracting has been recognized as a Top Workplace by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch for the fifth consecutive year! Nearly 2,500 companies were invited to participate in the Top Workplaces program for 2022, resulting in 183 making the list. TJ Wies ranked 12th in the Midsize category and within the top 40 companies overall.

This is the 11th year employee survey company Energage has partnered with the Post-Dispatch to identify outstanding workplaces in Greater St. Louis. The scoring and rankings are based solely on anonymous employee feedback gathered via Energage’s 24-question survey. Energage measures 15 Culture Drivers in total, some of which include Values, Appreciation, Development, Execution, Open-mindedness, Interdepartmental Cooperation, and Direction.
