How long have you been in the construction industry?‍

I have been in the construction industry for 7 years and have been working at TJ Wies for all 7 years.

Why do you like working at TJ Wies?‍

I enjoy working at TJ Wies because of the guys in the field. I have met a ton of good guys that have taught me a lot. Everybody looks out for everybody. 

What is your favorite project you have worked on and why?‍

My favorite project I have worked on is One Cardinal Way. This project is now a staple in the St. Louis community that will stand for years as it overlooks Busch Stadium. I worked with a ton of good guys on the project and the view overlooking the stadium is tough to beat.

What is your favorite aspect of your job?‍

Construction is an ever-evolving industry. At TJ Wies, we are always pushing the envelope to do work better, faster, and safer. I really enjoy being a part of the process to make this happen. 

Which of our core values resonates with you the most?‍

Construction can be a very dangerous job. As much as I enjoy my job, I enjoy my family and the hobbies this job allows me to have more than I do work. The safety culture created at TJ Wies does a great job of making sure we go home the same way we came to work.
