St. Louis Business Journal Best Places to Work

TJ Wies Contracting has been awarded Second Place in the ‘Big (250-999 employees)’ category of the St. Louis Business Journal’s Best Places to Work Awards. The category included 14 other finalists. All participating companies and their employees completed surveys administered by Quantum Workplace, which used its own algorithm to measure communication, management structure, benefits, teamwork, leadership, culture and several other factors at each local business. The companies were then ranked by Quantum to determine St. Louis' most employee-friendly workplaces. We are honored that our employees’ feedback designated TJ Wies Contracting as a Best Place to Work in St. Louis!
