TJ Wies Laborer Wil Acton witnessed an overturned vehicle due to a car accident as he was exiting the building to dump a trash cart. He immediately ran over to see if the occupant was okay. She was bleeding and stated she was okay, but couldn’t get out of the car. Wil cut her seatbelt, helped her out of the vehicle and grabbed some towels to wrap her cuts.
